Adrian is co-founder of Freedom Asset Management and Director of the PCC. Prior to Freedom, Adrian was a shareholder and headed Distribution for Renaissance Asset Managers for close to 5 years, building from scratch a UCITS specialist emerging and frontier markets range which peaked at $750m AUM. Until February 2010 Adrian was at Schroder Investment Management, where he was Head of Central & Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region. Prior to joining Schroders in 2007, Adrian spent 9 years at BlackRock and its predecessor firm, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where he held a number of senior roles including Chief Operating Officer for the international fund business and Head of Central and Eastern European Sales. Adrian engaged with client groups from Government sponsored institutions to private pension funds, from institutional asset managers to private banks and their high net worth investors. Adrian is non executive director to a number of investment funds and sits on the investment committee of Somerset Capital SICAV.
Chief Executive Officer
Sandrine is the co-founder and CEO of Freedom Asset Management Limited. She has extensive Financial Services experience and particularly in investments. Since 2010, Sandrine has been an independent consultant, offering introductory support and advice to boutique Asset Managers to harvest opportunities into Continental Europe Private Banks, Family Offices and large institutions.
Previously at Ernst & Young in Corporate Finance for 13 years, she was part of the leadership team that established the Private Equity advisory group. Sandrine then was in charge of Business Development as the Private Equity group became one of the largest team in Transaction Services. She also advised Private Equity clients on a wide range of transactions, Real Estate, LBO, MBO/MBI in a variety of sectors and locations.

Chief Investment Officer
With over 20 years of investment experience, Simon manages the Opus Global Cautious fund and is a Director of the Freedom Global
Previously at RenAsset for 3 years as head of asset allocation strategies, Simon was based in Moscow. Prior to joining RenAsset, Simon was head of investment management, CIO Private Banking at Raiffeisen Bank in Moscow for a number of years. He has also held a number of senior investment roles including at BlackRock in New York and Schroders NewFinance, the alternative investment group, in London.
Simon has significant expertise in global asset allocation and manager selection process. He has been running successfully portfolios that have beaten benchmarks in all market cycles.
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales since 1991.
Director of Freedom Global Funds PCC
Mark is a director of the Freedom Global Funds PCC and fund manager of Victory Special Opportunities Fund.
Prior to founding Bradshaw Asset Management in 1996, he was a Director of Mercury Asset Management plc, where he worked for over 9 years. Latterly, he was head of the Mercury Specialist Management team, with responsibility for $13 billion.
Initially at Coopers & Lybrand, he is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Law Degree from Exeter University.
Director of Freedom Global Funds PCC
David is a Director on the board of the Freedom Global Funds PCC. He was previously a Director of Somerset Capital Fund SICAV plc which amalgamated in Opus Global Cautious Fund. He is also the founder and president of Birnie & Company Business Lawyers of Vancouver, British Columbia. He holds LLB and BA degrees from the University of British Columbia and has practiced tax and business law in Canada since 1970. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. For the past 10 years his practice has focused on international transactions in Ireland, France, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Investment committee member of Freedom Global Opus Cautious Fund
Laurie is a member of the Investment committee for Freedom Global Funds PCC, Opus Global Cautious fund. He was previously a Director of Somerset Capital Fund SICAV plc which amalgamated in Opus Global Cautious Fund. Laurie is also the founder and a Director of Vancouver Financial Planning Consultants Inc., a financial planning firm serving Canadians since 1985. He has been a financial planner for over twenty-five years, holds the R.F.P. and CFP designations, and a Bachelor of Arts degree. His business career includes extensive experience as a business consultant and as a fee-based planner for clients across Canada.
Non-Executive Director and Chairman
David is a well-respected professional with extensive experience in the off-shore environment.
He was the Chairman of the Renaissance Russia Infrastructure Equities Fund prior to its delisting and the Non-Executive Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Carey Holdings Limited. Prior to this, David was Executive Chairman of the BSG Group with overall responsibility for Corporate Governance of the Group and the day to day operations of the Guernsey-based head office. David was also Chief Officer for the Treasury and Resources Department & States Treasurer. Prior to this, David enjoyed roles in both Deloitte and Touche in Guernsey and KPMG, both in Birmingham and in Guernsey
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales since 1987.
Chief Operating Officer
Robert is responsible for Corporate and Family Office structuring solutions at Freedom. Previously he was Global Head of Product at Renasset Management where he was a Director of the Guernsey office for 5 years until closure. Prior to that, Robert was involved in Wealth Management and Alternative investments for a number of Guernsey service providers, specialising in Private Equity. Robert is a Chartered Secretary and holds a Masters degree in Corporate Governance together with a Doctorate in Petroleum Geochemistry.
Shareholders Services Officer
Carsten is responsible for the investor servicing and sales support predominantly dealing with the German speaking investors.
Prior joining Freedom Asset Management in 2015, Carsten was a key member of the sales team at RenAsset in Guernsey. Until 2012, he was financial account assistant manager at Aon Insurance Managers, responsible for the management accounts and overall portfolio calculation with respect to captive insurance.
He started is career in finance in Germany working at BMW finance department. He holds German qualifications in accounting and finance.
